A Maryland Wedding Photographer is able to capture beautiful scenes from a variety of wedding ceremonies and receptions. As a Maryland Wedding Photographer, I took this picture at the Gaithersburg wedding of Treasure and Chaz on April 4, 2012. The wedding ceremony for this bride and groom was an event not to be missed. The couple said “I do” in a grand hall, with a number of bridesmaids and groomsmen in their bridal party. This image captures the incredible amount of love and support that was shown for Treasure and Chaz throughout their special day. This photo from the ceremony was taken in the immense space chosen by the bride and groom. Under the dramatic lighting of the hall, these two wonderful people vowed to spend a lifetime loving one another. Above the couple and their bridal party, the ceiling glows with blue lighting. This same blue lighting also shines behind them, creating a unique backdrop for the marriage ceremony. Spot lights hang from the ceiling as well, illuminating the space where the couple stand as they become husband and wife. The rest of the room is shaded in darkness, keeping all who attended focused on the presentation of love before them. The bridesmaids stand out against the darkness in brightly colored tangerine dresses. Each maid holds a lightly colored bouquet of flowers, which contrast nicely with the vibrant gowns. The groomsmen wear gray suits, and stand at attention as they watch Chaz marry the love of his life. The bridal party creates a “V” shape, with the bride and groom at its center, and all who witnessed this happy occasion were amazed by the joy they were able to be a part of on this wedding day.
